Please Read Before Ordering

All lead times listed below are estimates and should not be considered guaranteed ship dates.

At Prospeed Rack, many of our products are manufactured in-house and move through multiple stages of production before they are ready to ship. From design and engineering to fabrication, welding, finishing, assembly, and packaging, every order requires time and attention to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Production timelines can vary throughout the year due to factors including:

• Order volume

• Material availability

• Supplier lead times

• Staffing levels

• Equipment maintenance and production scheduling

• Shipping and freight delays outside of our control

Our goal is always to produce and ship orders as quickly as possible without compromising quality, fitment, or durability.

Estimated Production Times

Quick Ship Products

Estimated: 1–2 Weeks

Products that are currently in stock or regularly stocked through our production schedule.

These products typically ship quickly, although lead times may increase during periods of high demand.

Standard Production Products

These are products that are actively being manufactured as part of our normal production schedule.

Estimated: 4–10 Weeks

• Roof Racks

Estimated: 2-5 Weeks

• Accessories

 

 

Multi-Product Orders

Orders containing multiple items may require additional processing time.

To reduce shipping costs and ensure complete delivery, orders are typically shipped once all items are ready.

If one product in your order has a longer lead time than the others, the shipment may be delayed until the entire order is complete.

RETURN:

We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee. You will need to ship the item back at your expense. When you order you are agreeing to these terms. Thank you for your understanding!

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@prospeedrack.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS/NON RETURNABLES:
 Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
